How to serve Black Tomato Gin

Black Tomato Gin & Tonic the perfect serve. Prepare with some fresh basil. Add ice cubes, 50 ml Black Tomato Gin and chilled Thomas Henry tonic water.

When the basil connects it combine’s beautifully with the unique botanicals in Black Tomato Gin.

Enjoy your refreshingly smooth and mysterious taste.
Suggestion: use Gin Stones as they do not dilute your Gin & Tonic.


• 50ml Black Tomato gin
• 1 bunch basil leaves (if in doubt as to how much, go heavy on the basil)
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup

Place basil and lemon into a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the lemon and basil “smashing” the ingredients. Add sugar syrup and gin and top up with ice. Shake vigorously (the phrase “Hulk Smash!” comes to mind).
Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with basil leaves.

• 45 ml Black Tomato Gin
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 7.5 ml sugar syrup

Top with Champagne as we prefer.
Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into an empty glass.
Top up with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel.

• 50 ml Black Tomato Gin
• 15 ml Dry Belsazar Vermouth
• Zest of Lemon

Pour gin and dry vermouth in cocktail shaker with ice. Stir well, then strain into chilled Martini glass.
Zest the lemon peel and garnish by twisting it in a perfect spiral.

• 30 ml Black Tomato Gin
• 120 ml BIG TOM tomato juice
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 2 pinches celery salt
• 2 grinds black pepper

Use the salt and pepper to rim your glass Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into your glass.
Add half a celery stick to garnish.

• 20 ml Black Tomato Gin
• 20 ml Sweet Red Belsazar Vermouth
• 20 ml Campari
• 1 fresh orange peel

Pour gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel
